Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement annual/phase-based postgraduate admissions strategies, recruitment plans and marketing initiatives for the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
2. Coordinate recruitment promotion and partnerships with key feeder institutions locally and overseas; organize talks, campus visits, online sessions, summer programmes/camps and related outreach to enhance applicant quality and brand profile.
3. Manage admissions enquiries and conversion across phone, email and online platforms; improve response time and conversion, and handle complex cases as needed.
4. Oversee the admissions/offer process; monitor key timelines and compliance requirements; strengthen SOPs and risk controls to ensure a fair and orderly process, and drive cross-functional coordination.
5. Maintain and enhance the admissions data system; oversee data updates and reporting; analyze market trends, channel performance and conversion to support decision-making.
6. Liaise with relevant internal units to facilitate collaboration and process improvement.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Statistics, Management, Marketing, Educational Management, or related fields are preferred.
2.5+ years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or operations in the education industry; experience in universities or educational institutions is preferred; project coordination or team management experience is a plus.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English; able to communicate externally independently and deliver presentations.
4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and report-building skills.
5. Strong project management and cross-functional driving ability; highly execution-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong process and risk-control awareness.
6. Able to travel and handle periods of high-intensity work; strong time management and multitasking skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 負(fù)責(zé)策劃人文社科學(xué)院研究生招生宣傳及市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng),制定并落地學(xué)院年度/階段性研究生招生策略與工作計(jì)劃。
2. 統(tǒng)籌招生宣傳與市場(chǎng)推廣,系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外生源高校合作,建立與維護(hù)重點(diǎn)高校合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),組織招生宣講、校園走訪(fǎng)、線(xiàn)上直播、夏令營(yíng)等活動(dòng),提升生源質(zhì)量與品牌影響力。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)招生咨詢(xún)與轉(zhuǎn)化管理,統(tǒng)籌電話(huà)、郵件及線(xiàn)上平臺(tái)咨詢(xún),提升響應(yīng)效率與轉(zhuǎn)化效果,必要時(shí)跟進(jìn)復(fù)雜個(gè)案。
4. 統(tǒng)籌研究生錄取工作實(shí)施,跟蹤關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)與規(guī)章制度,完善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,確保錄取工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)有序、公平公正,并推進(jìn)跨環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)建立并優(yōu)化招生數(shù)據(jù)體系,監(jiān)督數(shù)據(jù)整理、維護(hù)與更新,開(kāi)展生源市場(chǎng)、渠道效果、錄取轉(zhuǎn)化等分析,為策略調(diào)整提供依據(jù)。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)與校內(nèi)相關(guān)部門(mén)關(guān)于招生工作的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)事宜,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目合作與流程優(yōu)化;
7. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。
崗位要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、教育管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.5年以上招生/市場(chǎng)/教育行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn);具備高校或教育機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;有項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)籌或團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.具備優(yōu)秀的中英文書(shū)面與口頭表達(dá)能力,能夠獨(dú)立對(duì)外溝通并進(jìn)行宣講呈現(xiàn)。
4.熟練使用Excel/Word/PPT,具備數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)表搭建能力。
5.具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理能力與跨部門(mén)推動(dòng)能力,執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),抗壓能力強(qiáng),流程化與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制意識(shí)強(qiáng)。
6.能適應(yīng)出差與階段性高強(qiáng)度工作,具備良好的時(shí)間管理與多任務(wù)并行能力。
