Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee student administration for collaborative programmes between CUHK and CUHK(SZ), facilitate admissions and enrollment processes, standardize information management, and provide comprehensive student support services.
2. Plan and deliver cross-campus student engagement activities, covering the full process from design to implementation, to enhance students' sense of belonging and cross-campus community cohesion.
3. Maintain regular communication with students, closely follow their academic progress and adaptation, and provide timely, individualized support and guidance.
4. Monitor the progress of collaborative projects, coordinate resources across parties, and ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.
5. Assist in other administrative and operational tasks of the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Demonstrated ability in independent event planning and implementation. Experience in student affairs or large-scale event coordination in a university setting is highly preferred.
2. Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills, with a strong sense of affinity and ability to engage effectively with students. Able to travel occasionally between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
3. Solid writing skills with proficiency in formal Chinese and English documentation, demonstrating precise, clear and professional writing.
4. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Strong execution ability and teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 建立常態(tài)化學(xué)生溝通機(jī)制,密切關(guān)注學(xué)生的生活學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展與適應(yīng)狀況,及時(shí)提供個(gè)性化支持與成長(zhǎng)引導(dǎo)。
4. 跟進(jìn)各類(lèi)合作項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行,協(xié)調(diào)多方資源,確保項(xiàng)目高質(zhì)量落地與目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
5. 積極參與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,主動(dòng)匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)度,協(xié)助完成部門(mén)交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。
崗位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備獨(dú)立的活動(dòng)策劃與組織執(zhí)行能力,有高校學(xué)生工作、大型活動(dòng)統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2. 擁有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與統(tǒng)籌能力,親和力強(qiáng),善于與學(xué)生溝通交流,能適應(yīng)深港兩地的不定期出差。
3. 文字功底扎實(shí),具備規(guī)范的中英文公文寫(xiě)作能力,表達(dá)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)清晰。
4. 工作細(xì)致嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),擅長(zhǎng)文書(shū)處理與信息核對(duì)等精細(xì)工作。
5. 執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí),能適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境,高效完成多線(xiàn)程任務(wù)。
